This is an afternoon program is for youth ages 13-17 years old and will run Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, from 1:30 pm to 2:15 pm. This is a 4-month program that runs from October 1st, 2020 until January 30, 2021, where we will reassess with the school calendar. You may join this program at any time.
We have over 20 years of experience in athletic training at the Provincial, National, and World levels. We’ve trained WHL drafted hockey players, National MMA Champions, Champions at the Provincial and National level in Boxing, Jiu-Jitsu, Kickboxing, swimmers who have competed on the world stage, as well as Varsity athletes in Volleyball, Basketball, Track, Rugby, and Football.
This program is designed to build Functional Athletic Power, Strength, and Conditioning, and it will give you everything you need to become stronger, more explosive, and shatter your expectations of what you believed you’re capable of. After training and working with us you will have a rock-solid system to build your squat, bench press, and deadlift sustainably and injury-free, while helping you build muscle and athleticism.
We will work on developing core strength and power which will help you run faster, jump higher and be more explosive, and we will help you develop an elite level of conditioning so that you can play at 100% while others are slowing down. Lastly, we will show you how to improve your mobility so you can move better in your sport and stay injury-free.
