Our 10 Round Kickboxing Circuit is one of our newest additions to our boxing schedule. The program is a high-intensity 10 round workout that is sure to get you stronger and more fit. Start your workout whenever you show up. Go hard for 25 minutes and burn up to 500 calories. It is a circuit made up of 10 2-min rounds at different stations; 6 kickboxing stations and 4 fitness stations. Between each round is 30 seconds of rest for a total workout time of 25 minutes. This program is designed for both beginners and advanced kickboxers. Staff will always be on hand to give new members a crash course in the basic movements to set you up for success. The best part about the 10 round circuit is that it is open during the day, not just in the evenings. There are many different times available so you can choose the one the fits your schedule best.
