This is a high-energy cardio class designed to get your heart rate up, and torch calories while kicking some butt, coached by Rebecca.
This class incorporates killer cardio, kickboxing technique, and full-body conditioning using the heavy bag as well as pad work, light weights, medicine balls, battle ropes, and more.

Unlike traditional kickboxing which requires you to spar with a partner, fitness kickboxing involves throwing punches and combinations at a punching bag or pads while adding other types of fitness exercises into your HIIT circuit.
