Life Change is defined as altering a person’s life or circumstances in a substantial way! The definition could not be more perfect in describing our intention while designing the Life Change Program. Too many weight loss and fitness programs on the market today target individuals looking for the fastest and easiest way to better fitness and a healthy body weight. Unfortunately, too few of these same programs give the consumer the tools to maintain that healthy bodyweight and lifestyle. Showing our clients and members how to create and maintain a lifestyle that is sustainable is our goal.
This is a 6-week program based on exercise 4 times a week, in a class-based atmosphere, and comes with a nutrition plan that was created and designed with the help of a dietician and our own nutritionist ($250 value). You will receive a complete plan with seven days of example meals, recipes, along with tips for max results.
Life Change is not a boot camp, it is not a fad diet plan, and it is not a “quick fix”. Life Change is a way of life and the start to a new beginning.
