Within our facility we have created a vibrant, energetic, inclusive, and inspiring space for self improvement. When designing our gym, we wanted our physical environment to reflect the determination and emotional energy brought inside our walls every day by our members. We were able to achieve much of this in our most recent renovation which included a refreshed space, completely renovated washrooms, all new heavy bags and much, much more.
Our approach to fitness and training is simple, research-based exercise programming. Whether you are an absolute beginner, a daily gym buff, or an athlete training to complete at the National level in Kickboxing our staff will provide you with sound exercises to help you advance. We do not believe in “flashy” moves that look cool, that you have probably seen on Instagram. We believe in proven exercises executed properly to help you improve your strength and fitness.
