Our Youth Kickboxing Programs
Little Warriors (Ages 4–7)
A fun and high-energy introduction to kickboxing. Our Little Warriors focus on movement, balance, coordination, and learning to listen, follow instruction, and be part of a team — all while having a blast.
Class Schedule:
- Tuesdays at 5:40 PM

Junior Champs (Ages 8–12)
Our Junior Champs take their training to the next level — working on proper technique, strength development, and building mental resilience. We introduce age-appropriate conditioning and reinforce discipline, teamwork, and accountability.
Class Schedule:
- Tuesdays at 6:25 PM
- Sundays at 10:00 AM

Will my child be safe?
Yes, all classes will be supervised by experienced and certified coaches. Your child will not be engaging in any unnecessary contact.
What will my child learn?
Your child will learn the fundamentals of boxing which include striking and defensive techniques, proper footwork, and strategy. In our conditioning classes, your child will be progressively introduced to safe and appropriate levels of weightlifting and higher intensity exercises.
Will this encourage violence?
No, it is actually more common for trained athletes to be more disciplined and well-tempered. Boxing and physical activity can be a great outlet for extra energy while providing more purpose in people’s lives.
