This is a high-energy cardio class designed to get your heart rate up, and torch calories while kicking some butt.
This class incorporates killer cardio, kickboxing technique, and full-body conditioning using the heavy bag as well as pad work, light weights, medicine balls, battle ropes, and more.
All skill levels and abilities are welcome and you don’t have to have any boxing experience to join!
Unlike traditional kickboxing which requires you to spar with a partner, fitness boxing involves throwing punches and combinations at the air (shadow boxing) or at a punching bag or pads while adding other types of fitness exercises into your HIIT circuit.
