Riane’s love for fitness was reignited after she joined the Life Change program in 2017, here at Stanley Boxing and Fitness. For her, fitness is essentially being her optimal self in terms of both health and wellness. Embracing this new, fitness filled, way of life has not only been beneficial for her physical health, but also her mental health. She likes to think of the gym as a form of therapy. The mental challenge, the endorphins, the progress, and the accomplishment – it all keeps her coming back. She started coaching with SBF in 2019, and absolutely loves the community and the members here, just as we love having her. Exercising has not only brought on a newfound confidence within her, but also a confidence to coach members of all fitness levels here at SBF.
